[0.94] Global Rebalance: Part III

Global rebalancing of third-tier aircraft, visibility systems, and laser-guided missiles.

This update brings key adjustments to the Visual System for aircraft, ships, and weapons — a major step toward fairer and more tactical gameplay.

We’ve also significantly rebalanced Tier 3 aircraft, improving their performance and roles.

And finally — you asked, we listened: laser-guided missile batteries have been updated based on your feedback from version 0.93.

Missile Batteries with Laser Guidance

Visual System Parameters for Ships and Weapons

New approach for determining visual parameters of ships (there are exceptions):

  • The smaller the actual size of the ship, the harder it is to detect it;
  • The larger the actual size of the ship, the greater its view range;
  • Movement Penalty has been reduced on average from 30% to 17% for all ships;
  • Fire penalties have been reworked for all ship weapons. The new standard pattern for Fire Penalty determination is based on
  • the single projectile's actual damage: the lower the projectile’s damage, the lower the Fire Penalty.

Visual System Parameters for Aircraft and Aircraft Weapons

New approach for determining visual parameters of ships (there are exceptions):

  • Fire Penalty has been reworked for all aircraft weapons. The new standard pattern for Fire Penalty determination is based on the single projectile's actual damage: the lower the projectile's damage, the lower the Fire Penalty;
  • The following Visibility System ranges have been defined for Aircraft, depending on their class:

Helicopter:

  • Lowest visibility
  • Medium view range

Fighter:

  • Low visibility
  • High view range

Strike Fighter:

  • High visibility
  • Medium view range

Drone:

  • Medium visibility
  • Medium view range

Bomber:

  • Highest visibility
  • High view range

Aircraft - Core Characteristics

Cooldowns for all Aircraft (Tiers 1-3) have been reworked based on their class (applies to T1–T3):

  • Strike Fighter: increased from 30 to 40 seconds;
  • Helicopter: increased from 10 to 30 seconds;
  • Drone: decreased from 30 to 25 seconds;
  • Bomber: decreased from 30 to 25 seconds;
  • Fighter: decreased from 30 to 20 seconds.

Aircraft - Core Characteristics

The consumable scheme is now structured in the following way (first value here – Aircraft Missile Decoy, the second one – Air Electronic Warfare):

  • Strike Fighter: 4 - 2;
  • Helicopter: 6 - 3;
  • Drone: 4 - 2;
  • Bomber: 2 - 2;
  • Fighter: 4 - 4.

All helicopters can now get a +1 Ammo Count upgrade;

All drones can now get up to +2 Ammo Count upgrade;

Tier 3 Aircraft HP has been rebalanced (new average values per squad, including rebalanced aircraft units):

  • Strike Fighter: remains at ~18,150;
  • Helicopter: increased from ~8,200 to ~10,900 (+33%);
  • Drone: increased from ~12,500 to ~13,600 (+9%);
  • Bomber: increased from ~16,700 to ~18,300 (+9.5%);
  • Fighter: increased from ~10,100 to ~14,500 (+43.5%).

Rebalanced gravity, start speed, and speed change values. Now, the higher the aerial torpedo carrier is in the air, the faster the torpedo will drop into the water and begin its path to the target.
